This is my error message any help would be appreciated.

when you set up the account (tools > accounts > news), the email address
you've specified in the "from" field isnt correct / their server doesnt
like it.

Change it

Have you entered the correct server name?

In Outlook Express select Tools, Account, News tab, place cursor on
entry in box and select Properties. Next Server tab and enter
news.blueyonder.co.uk as server name.
