Can't open Vcard file

I have a user who gets the folowing error while oppening a vcard file in
outlook "A required component is missing: WAB32.DLL. Please install Microsoft
Outlook again. The specified module could not be found"
This machine is running Windows 2000 pro SP4 and OfficeXP SP2. Any help is
appreciated.

Have the person perform a Detect and Repair.
