Can't Open Power Point Viewer in Vista

I have downloaded Power Point Viewer on both my desktop and laptop. PPV works
fine on my desktop, but the laptop doesn't recognize PPV as a program
available to open a pps document that I have downloaded from an email.
Power Point Viewer shows as an installed program when I open the Control
Panel, but doesn't show up as available when I "right click" and view the
programs available to "open with".

Does anyone have a fix fot this problem? Thanks, Tom

When you select open with, click on the small arrow on the right middle of
the window. It should list additional programs.
