Cant open multiple instances of Internet explorer

Hello guys, I have got this really strange issue ....

If i try to open multiple instances of internet explorer (by doubleclicking
on the link to the .exe) it wont work.

If i Go to the File menue and select New-> Window - it won't work

Even if i rightclick on a link and select open in new window- it just wont
work... (it will open the link, but in the current window)

Is there a setting i can modify to reenable me opening multiple instances?

Any help would be massively appreciated

Many thanks in advance

Hi,
From IE> Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> uncheck "Reuse windows
for launching shortcuts."

And... you may have a toolbar or program running which is blocking
pop-up windows- something like Yahoo toolbar, Google toolbar, MSN toolbar,
etc.
The Yahoo toolbar is a very common cause. Uninstalling the Yahoo toolbar
should allow a second window to open.

If you're sure that another program isn't causing this, these links should
help.
