Can't open download Needs to know who created it

I can't open a download cause AOL says it is in power point and it needs to
know who created it before openint it??

What exactly is it asking? "Who" created it or "What program" created it.

Sounds like you don't have PowerPoint and it wants to know what program to open
the file with.

If that's the case, try downloading and installing the free PPT Viewer then
tell AOL to use it.
