Can't open "Control Panel", "My Documents",.... from Start Menu!

Hi,
I can't open "My Documents", "Control Panel" or other similar folders from
my Start menu!
I've scanned my laptop with the latest McAfee virus scan and nothing has
come up.
When I try to access the above folders from the Start menu, I get a message
saying Dr Watson post morteum debugger has encountered a problem and needs to
close; and then my screen freezes up. I have to do Ctrl-alt-Delete to end
DrWatson process to get back to normal.
I really appreciate anybody, who knows about this problem, help me.

Try a spyware scan with the latest definitions:

If not installed download Adaware and / or update Reference file
from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/ and use it to remove
parasites.

Are you using any McAfee utilities? If so which?
