cant log in

i cant seem to log in as i cant remember my user name and password, how can i
get these?

The error that comes up is -

Account: 'mail.review-solution.com', Server: 'mail.review-solution.com',
Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Login failed.', Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
