can't link to website from outlook?

Ever since I started with Outlook 2007 I cannot link to a url link contained
in an email message. I keep getting the Microsoft outlook error message 'This
Operation cancelled due to restrictions in place on this computer. Please
cobtact your system administrator. I am using Windows 7.

It means your default browser is not properly registered in Windows. Reset
it and/or reassign it as the default and try again.
