Can't keep unused folders open

I go to 'Internet Options' in IE ver 6.0 and in the Advanced options under
Browser I uncheck 'Close unused folders in History and Favorites. I do the
restart. When I open IE again the infrequently used folders are again
closed, but the box in 'Internet Options' is properly unchecked.

I have tried this after closing all open programs including anti-virus and
ad-ware, and still no luck. I really want ALL of my favorites folders open
all the time.

Anybody got any help? Thanks in advance...

You picked the wrong option completely.

IE-Tools-Internet Options-Advanced
The option is "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"

Did you restart the computer?

Thanks Alan! You were absolutely right, and have solved a little problem
that has annoyed me for a long time. Absolutely great.
