Can't install XP always Bad Pool Header

CRAP!

I was building a computer for my friend and whenever I try to install
Windows XP it BSOD's to Bad Pool Header during the copying files part
of installing XP (when booting from the CD) or when it reaches 100%
when copying files.

I've tried different CD Drives and different XP cd's and they all have
the same problem.

Any ideas?

Try different RAM.

Thanks, I'll try that. The computer has a gig of PC3200 but the CPU has
266mhz bus speed.

Any other suggestions from anyone?
