Bad Pool Caller

I had to reinstall XP, formated the drive, installed XP and SP2- no problems.
After I started to get the security updates and hot fixes via automatic
updates I started to get problems. The pc would boot, reboot, boot etc. Or I
would get the blue screen with the message Bad Pool Caller, 0x000000C2,
0x00000007,0x00000CD4,
0x00190013, 0x8665A1A0!
I removed the updates and the computer starts fine. The next day, the
automatic updates downloaded again and installed and AgAIN the blue screen
with the same message. Again I un-installed the updates and this time I
turned off the automatic updater! I have not had the problem since BUT I also
do not get the updated security fixes! Any suggestions?

P.S.- NO new hardware installed!

You're probably going to have to narrow it down to a specific update.
Install or uninstall the updates one at a time to see if you can find
out which particular update causes the problem.

I believe the problem is with the automatic downloader and install program
itself! I downloaded, in two's and three's, the critical updates,
installed, and restarted each time I installed 2 or 3 updates and I had no
problems! I did get one fail to install on KB934238. So I really think that
the problems lies with the automatic download/install program by microsoft.
