Can't install Service Pack 3

After downloading "OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-fullfile-enu" I try to install it and
I get a message that I need a disk. This happens even after I chose to
download the file which is supposed to not need a disk as seen below (the
following was cut and pasted from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...FD-6F69-4289-8BD1-EB966BCDFB5E&displaylang=en

Download one of the two exe files using the links at the bottom of the page
and saving the file to your hard disk:


OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-client-enu.exe: You should download this file if you
have access to your installation source (usually Office XP product CDs). You
will need to provide the installation source during patch installation if you
have previously updated your Office XP product(s).


OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-fullfile-enu.exe: Download this file if you do not have
access to your installation source or if you experience problems installing
the officeXpSp3-kb832671-client-enu.exe file.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Thanks Carey, but why does it say that the second version is the one to
download "if you do not have access to your installation source."
