Cant Install Quicktime player(Error1603)

Hi can anyone help i used to have quicktime player so i could watch trailers
etc but now they wont play and when i try and install quicktime halfway
through i get a error message 1603 Consult windows installer help- (Msi.chm)
or MSDN for info? i have tried everything i can think of so please help
