cant install q827667

i am trying to install this update so i dont get the
error with pages trying to load java frames.
but when i do its says i need sp1 update which i have
anyway but tried to install sp1 again just in case n it
said that wont install coz i have a newere version so why
wont the q827667 install

This message just means you have already upgraded too far beyond SP1.
Either you no longer need this patch or you need a different patch.
