Can't install Blaster Patch

After getting rid of Blaster on XP I Tried to install the
patch. Got this message "Setuo could not verify the
integrity of the file Update.inf. Be sure Cryptographic
Services in turned on." Crypto is on. I tried renaming
catroot2 file. This didm't work either. As a matter of
fact, the system just shuts down now after a few seconds
of operation. Any help woul be appriciated.

Thanks to Taurarian the problem is solved. Needed to
reregister some dlls as discribed at the updatexp website.
