Cant install an SSL Certificate

We have been using a self signed SSL certificate and for some reason we have
2 users that can't install the cert. The get a window that it titled:
"Invalid Public Key Security Object File." In the body it reads "This file is
invalid for use as the following: Security Certificate." As mentioned we have
used the same file on other computers without a problem.

Does these users been renewed the CA before the Old one Expired?.

I think we figured out why the same file isn't working for all users.
Apparently the 2 that I am aware of are using GroupWise rather than Outlook
and the mail system is doing something to corrupt the file (yes we emailed it
as a TXT attachemnt to get it out quickly).
