Can't install a security update

When I try to install security update Q323759, I get a
message that I need IE 6 to install the download. I
already have IE 6. I've tried several times with no luck.

Any particular reason you want to install this update? It's 2 years old.
Most likely the reason that you're getting this error is because you have a
later version of the binary on your system than the one(s) contained in this
update. What that means is, you don't need to install it because you
already have the update on your system. You can confirm this by comparing
the binaries versions in your %windir%\system32 folder to the ones listed in
