Can't hear sound in a webpage.

I have an OEM version of Internet Explorer 6.0 and as of
an hour ago it was playing the embed src background sound
to the webpage I want to view just fine but now it won't
play the music. I was in the Internet Options trying to
make it so my Mom wouldn't have to always get prompted
for activex activities since I have norton internet
security which blocks all activex sites unless I add them
anyhow. Anyway to make a long story short my Netscape
still plays the web page's music just fine. I heard that
Internet Explorer was going to start its own popup
blocker, is this one of its automatic features? To stop
music in webpages? Because we have the box checked to
play music in webpages, we have Windows Media Player 9
selected for the media content of music and we have the
via ac audio '97 driver which is Windows XP signed. So
perhaps folks might take a look see at
http://home.comcast.net/~quiztar/home.html and tell me if
you hear music with your latest versions of Internet
Explorer and if the source needs fixing please?

One of the items that you changed stopped the sound. Perform a system
restore to a date when you had sound.
