Starting yesterday, I am no longer able to get to my business site, digitalmusicdoctor.com using Comcast. I can get to the site just fine using Earthlink dialup. I can get to anywhere else on the Internet that I try using Comcast.
I have tried Comcast support 4 times and they can only tell me they are not blocking the site. I also eliminated my router as a factor by going directly from my computer to the cable modem.
I have also tried clearing my temporary internet files and cookies, turning off my Windows firewall, turning off all my antivirus software, spyware blockers, and popup blockers. I have also rebooted with everything cleared out of startup and I have checked my hosts file.
I also did all of this on a second computer with the same result.
Below is a tracert of what always happens.
I have run out of ideas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
