I don't know which came first, but i remember clicking to install ms updates.
Also, someone i know sent me a song mp3 file.downloaded it on my yahoo
emails (which has a scan before downloading a file).
My computer showed that my firewall was off (not normal). I tried to turn
it back on according to the Windows instruction but would not turn ON.
Ran a virus protection scan and it showed 2 infections quarantined on the
following locations:
c\windows\system32\drivers\tcpip.sys
c\windows\system32\dlcache\tcpip.sys
restarted computer and tried to log onto Juno..... showed different error
.....said to restart. Restart over and over again.. still can't get onto Juno.
Next day, ran virus scans again.... which did NOT finish after running for 7
hours.
Tried to restore computer to earlier dates...... 1 week, 2 weeks , 1 month,
2 months..but each time after the restart, the window said...canNOT restore
to those dates.
After Juno would not let me sign in again, I uninstalled Juno software and
reinstalled Juno new software CD. Juno software now can't ring through to
get new access #s.
When i shut off the computer, i now get a End Program box ..for X1Exec.exe
Tried to unplug all phone lines, shut of power to the computer and replug
phone jacks. Tried again to get Juno running , but NO INTERNET CONNECTING.
and not completion of ringing to different 800#s for Juno access.
Shut off computer one final time and got same End Program box . for X1Exe.exe
Help!!!???
