Can't get Nokia 6230 to sync with outlook 2003

I can't get my Nokia 6230 phone to sync with Outlook 2003. The phone says' No
Authorisation' I'm afraid I don't know where to give it authorisation.
Anyone help?

Asked Nokia about this situation? It is not an issue with Outlook but with
how the Nokia works with Outlook. I would ask the hardware vendor.
