cant get internet options to pop up.

Running Internet explorer 7, on internet tools i click internet options and
wont pop open, same happens off my desktop when i right click it and click on
internet options . Please Help thanks bob

Please try the IE7 group.
The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
