Can't get IIS to run - LocksUp System

[What-a-Tool]

Trying to enable local debugging of ASP.NET applications, but I can't
publish to localhost.

Went into Control Panel>Administrative Tools >Computer Management>Services
and Applications

but when I try and expand the Internet Information Services Node, it locks
my machine up every time.

In Windows Components Wizard I have the following installed under Internet
Information Services[IIS]:

Common Files
File Transfer Protocol Services
Frontpage 2000 Server Extensions
Internet Information Services Snap In
World Wide Web Service

Not Installed:

Documentation
SMTP Service

Can anyone give me an idea of what the problem may be?

Got it working - Just had to re-start IIS services - sorry.

Only problem - I don't want my computer to be accesible from the internet,
can I prevent this and still keep my localhost debugging?
