can't 'find' contacts

I want to export my contacts from one computer to another. Both are XP. Both
are using 2003. I have a Verizon mobile that uses Windows CE. My "contact"
information on the phone is what I see when I open up Contacts in Outlook,
because I have ‘synched’ my information. However, those contacts do not have
their email addresses. I can only see their phone numbers. However, when I
send a new email, Outlook automatically fills in the email address for me.
How do I find those contacts and then export them?
Thanks

Explain why you think you need to export. Why can't you just copy your
Outlook data? What does Verizon mobile have to do with any of this?

I am sorry that I was not able to make myself clear. Let me try againïŠ
When I open my Outlook and then select Contacts, there is a list, but most
of them ONLY have their phone numbers. It seems that when I synchronized my
phone, the Contacts are a copy of what is in my phone and not my email
contacts. However, I know that they are somewhere within Outlook, because
when I compose a new email and begin to type the name, it is automatically
filled-in with their email address. So my question is: how do I find those
email addresses so I can export them and not just the pre-synched phone list?
I hope this is clearer.
Thank you

What you describe indicates that your Contacts were destroyed by syncing
incorrectly. All that remains is your autocompletion cache, which you cannot
access without third party software.
Do you back up your data? Never synch without creating good backups.
