Can't download

To anyone who would help,

When trying to download Microsoft AntiSpyware (beta ) I
get a maasage like this:

"your computer security setting do not allow you to
download this program". I have Windows XP Home Edition
and have both "Norton" and "Pest Patrol", but I get the
massage even after I "Uninstall" both! Can anyone tell me
what to do? Thanks.

Go to Internet Options, and check through the various tabs. On several, you
will find "reset to defaults" buttons. On the Security tab, reset each zone
to the defaults.
