Can't download or see .pdf files

I keep getting HTTP 403 ERROR forbidden to see this page. I've turned off my
firewall and all protection still the same. I use etrust armore. Any help
will be apprecited.

Turn your av and firewall back on! Does this happen only on one website
or on all websites? If on one website, post the url so someone can
check it for you.

Do you have a .pdf reader installed? This wouldn't stop the download but
not having a reader would mean you couldn't open/view the file. Acrobat
Reader is free (www.adobe.com) and so is Foxit Reader.

Oh, I see. You can't download *and* you can't open .pdf files. What
changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't?

Start troubleshooting by scanning for viruses/malware:

Make sure you do all preparatory work.

If the procedures and troubleshooting required look like they are not
your cup of tea - and there is no shame in admitting this - take the
machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your local version
of BigStoreUSA).
