Can't download HTML files with IE 6

I'm using Windows ME, IE 6, and I can't download HTML
files. The browser just jumps right over them. Nothing
happens! Help! Also using Earthlink Total Access 2004

Did you try to save them?

File Save As browse to the folder of your choice and save Web Page complete
or .htm, html only.
