Can't download Flash?Shockwave

I just cannot get either Shockwave or Macromedia Flash to
download. I was able to few flash presentations only two
days ago along with Incredimail now I can't even open
Incredimail as you need this download. I think it might be
a problem with IE - I would appreciate any help please.

Remove Incredimail asap.
