Cant' download anything

I did 2 systems restore in one day and it seems my computer is imploding.
now all of my spyware and antivires programs are gone and i can't download
anything. after the download is complete nothing happens and if i wan't it to
replace something it just delete it HELP!!!

You can undo the System Restores. However, this doesn't address the
underlying problem that caused you to *do* two System Restores in one
day. Since I don't have any information about that, I can't guess.
