Note that only increases the *potential* number of maximum concurrent
connections. If the target host limits the number of connections per IP
address connected to it, nothing you do will up the connect count to
that target host. I've hit several download sites where 2 connects is
all you get: one for the web page (within the browser) and a second to
perform a download, so you'll only be able to do one download. If,
however, you go through separate proxies to get different IP addresses,
you can get more than one concurrent download because the target host
sees only 2 connects max for each source host based on their different
IP address.
