Can't Delete Roaming Profile Folder!

I cannot delete an old employee's Roaming Profile
folder on our server! He has been removed from the
machine but when I try to go on our server and delete it I
get an error window that states "Cannot Delete NTUSER:
Access is Denied. The Souce File May Be In Use." I have
checked to make sure that I have permissions and I am the
owner of the folder. I have verified that the employee is
not logged into the computer and has been removed from
everything else.
Why can't I delete the profile like I can with the
other users?

the same problem on a bunch of systems...
