Can't delete registry value - it keeps coming back

The key is:
HKey_Current_User->Software->Microsoft->Windows->CurrentVersion->Run

The value is for System Soap Pro. I have removed the System Soap Pro folder
and the soap.exe file is no longer on my hard drive and no longer loads, but
I would still like to remove the entry from my registry.

Make sure you are logged in as Administrator or any user with Administrative
previlages. You may try a third party tool to disable hidden/stubbern
startup programs:
