can't cleanup or defragment anymore!! error msg

I can't run my disk cleanup or defragmenter anymore. I just get an error
message saying

"General page initialization failed. The specific error is: 0x80070534: no
mapping between account names and security IDs was done. An error has
occuring while attempting to retreive task account information. "

Did I mess them up accidentaly or something? I haven't been able to run them
since last november!!!! Any help??
