Can't change email account setup?

Hi all,

I was tring to setup my email account and must have entered something
incorrect, but now each time I open Outlook it just displays one of two error
messages and when I click on OK (the only thing I can do) Outlook exits.

The error messages are:
1) Cannot open your default e-mail folders. The file
C:\Users\Grant\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost is not an offline
folder file.
2) The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be
online or connected to complete this action.

I'm definately connected to the internet as I am writing this message and
working with other stuff on the internet while I'm trying to sort out Outlook.

All I want to do is start my setup again (email account), but can't get into
Outlook to do so.

Can anyone enlighten me with this as it's so frustrating.

Kind Regards,

Grant.

Hi,

Please disregard my previous message: just found that if I go to Control
Panel > Mail > Show Profiles and delete my profile, I can then add a new one
and go through the setup process again.

Thanks,

Grant.
