Cant access any files on my drive after replacing my motherboard.

Hi, I had a motherboard failure and a hard disk failure
on one of my 2 hard drives and I had to replace my
motherboard, ram & cpu. Now I cannot access any of the
directories or files on my remaining Hard Disk because my
id had changed after reinstalled windows on my new bigger
hard drive. I get the error EFSADU Error in adding new
user error code 5. I didnt realise it but the files all
look to be encrypted and it will not allow me to remove
it. All my university course work is on the hard disk
along with photo's of my children so I do not want to
loose the data.
I have lodded back on with my same id & password but it
seems not to have worked because the computer name has
changed.
