cannot view video

Some of my friends and family who view my website do not know how to download
Quick-time or Media Player, is there a format or script that i can do it for
them on my website? My file i use is .mov

If you use mov then you want quicktime, all you need to do is link to the QT
download on Apple's site. Clicking your link should install QT.
