What codec is missing when I try to import an avi (converted from mov)??

I have some avi´s from my camera and some mov´s from a friends camera.. now
I want to edit them into one video. I cannot import mov-files so I vonverted
them into avi´s using "Pazera Free MOV to AVI-Software"... now the Movie
maker tries to download some codec but always tells me that the codec is not
installed.

Does somebody know what to do or what codec I need to get and install???

it would be the codec you selected in Pazera, or whatever it used as the
default.... at the lower left in Pazera....Video settings.... use the drop
down list to select the WMV version (WMP 7) codec
