Cannot View Pictures/Graphics

LAWRENCE CIMIRRO

I am running Windows 98 using I.E. Version 6.0
When opening certain web-sites, I cannot view the pictures
on the site.
They all show up as X's.
The text is fine, but not the pictures.
Any explanation for this??
