Cannot uninstall .net 3 beta

I am trying to install Windows Home Server Connect on my laptop and the
install falls over with a message that I have to unintall components (WinFX,
Indigo etc) of .Net 3 Beta. I have successfully installed WHS Connect on
four other PCs with no problems. I DON'T have this on my laptop, and it
doesn't appear in the Add/Remove Programs list. Also when I try to install
..Net 2 (having already uninstalled that) I get the same error. I have tried
deleting all .Net registry keys but still no joy. Is there a way of finding
and removing this "hidden" software?

Hello tiggy2,

Try .NET Framework 3.0 Uninstall Tool

Hi Michael:
Tried that one - all I get after abit of activity is a text box(

<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl"
href="C:\DOCUME~1\Paul\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXP000.TMP\issues.xslt"?>
<Issues><Issue><Name>Uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework
3.0</Name><Id>{D295C8DA-3316-4f8d-BB1F-CFDD5FC07C65}</Id><Description>You

which seems to confirm it is installed but does nothing else!

Any more ideas to help me out please?

Thanks
