Cannot start Outlook

Error message appears before Outlook can start. Unable to open default email
folders. The calendar folder could not be found. I have tried everything
including uninstalling Outlook to reinstalling it and changing the settings
by deleting and adding profile, email account etc in Mail but nothing works.
HELP!
