In the SP2 machine that is the one where the Net connection is made, run
Control Panel - Windows Firewall.

First you should on the Advanced page have only the Internet connection
checked; not the one to the second client machine.

Second on Exceptions, you need ones for UPnP and for a TCP port on port
53

In Admin Tools services make sure that Application Layer Gateway and
Windows Firewall services are enables, also UPnP.

Then in Network Connections, r-click the one to the Internet, Properties
and on Advanced make sure that 'Allow to share the connection' is
checked off
