cannot send mail

can someone tell me how to fix this so my mail will send? it is a verizon
email account, I have doubel checked the pop and stmp addresses and they
appear correct. any other tips would help too - thanks

Didn't Verizon change the SMTP port setting?

can you tell me where i get this info? i have my stmp set as
outgoing.verizon.net which is all i saw on the website, incoming is
incoming.verizon.ney and that seems to work---thanks!

Have you set WM to use SPA?

Go to the email account properties and there should be a checkbox somewhere
for "Use SPA" under outgoing server settings.
Can't be more helpful as I only use WM as a news reader...

Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
