Cannot Send Files, Voice, Video

Hi,

I am having problem's with Windows Messenger 4.7 running
on XP SP1. Whenever I run windows messenger it connected
alright but I cannot send file, voice, video; i.e. there
is no send file options in the menu.

Can anybody help please. I have re apply SP1 but no
results.

Make sure your XP firewall is turned off in network
connections

Yup I have disabled the firewall setting, but the problem
still exist.

Btw, I am using windows messenger 4.7 to connect to
Exchange Instant Messaging Service.
