Cannot send e-mail.... error message

Somehow I think I turned on some kind of filter while
trying to block junk e-mail. Now I cannot send e-mail to
anyone or I get a message that says: "553 sorry, that
domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)".
How do I un-do whatever I did? Thanks.

Assuming your operating system is XP, simply click Start
button, then Help & Support, then select "Undo Changes to
your system with SYSTEM RESTORE", that will restore your
system to a prior date (the date you select--a date prior
to the change). That will NOT remove any of the documents
you may have made, however, so you are safe in that
regard.

Good Luck

*Don't* undo the changes - you probably need them. Your problem is probably
that your ISP has suddenly started requiring you to authenticate to your
outgoing server before you can send. You can set up that authentication on
the "Outgoing Server" tab for your account.
