Can't send e-mails error 553

Whenever I try to send e-mails I get the e-mail returned
with a message that states

553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

I am using outlook 2003

Any help would be appreciated.

Check your SMTP (outbound) server settings - confirm with your ISP that
they're set up right. You probably need to authenticate to the SMTP server.
