Cannot see tables in database window

Chuck

I have an Access 2000 .mdb that has the back end tables but when I open the
database no tables are displayed.
It is 12,000 kb in size and when I click the relationship button it shows 6
tables with their links.
I tried to open it holding down the shift key, and also enabled all the
options under the Startup tab but still nothing.
The developer is gone, any ideas how to access the tables?
Thanks
Chuck

Chuck,

Sounds like the tables have been hidden. Go to Tools... Options... and the
View tab and place a check mark in Hidden Objects. Also, note that if they
are linked tables you cannot modify the tables from the Frontend you will
need to go to the Backend where the tables actually exist.
