CAnnot repair XP

Good morning,

my computer refuses to start, and indicates dammage to the
system32/config/system.

I have tried to repair with the console but it refuses to boot from the wp
cd, it actually reboots again and again. I have managed to access to the C:
files via the PE Builder but i do not know what to do with it?
