cannot recieve Windows e mails

Can any one help, I've set up my e mail pop3 to both my mail servers. I can
send e mails but not receive and get the following erroe message.

my Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes
for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'pop.sky.com', Server: 'pop.sky.com', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0Fisp

CAN ANYONE HELP DESPERATE??

CAN ANYONE HELP DESPERATE??

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
should be uninstalled.
