Cannot recieve mail?

I can send mail, but cannot recieve it.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance

"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining

Tools | Accounts | <account> | Properties | Servers tab
check "My server requires authentication".

I did all that and now i'm getting this
