Cannot receive some mail

Hello,

I am new here and this looks like a great forum. The problem I a
having is my wife and I both have Outlook and Outlook Express and w
cannot receive an email from a particular email address. We get othe
mail but not this one. I have sprained my brain trying to figure thi
out. I hope someone can please help.

If this happens with both Outlook and Outlook Express, then chances are it's
either a sender problem or a provblem on your mail server (the ISP is
blocking that address). There's nothing you can do on your end to fix it.
It's best diagnosing the issue from the sender side.
